CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING APPOINMENT!!! Consultation is required for all new clients ‼️‼️ Booking – My schedule opens every 1st of the month for the following month and will remain open until the schedule fills up. There are also fees associated with before/ after hours and off day appointments. All services must be selected at the time of booking to ensure the time is allocated to fulfil service needs, and pricing is understood. All appointments must be scheduled online via site or booking button. Any appointment made via text includes a convenience fee. Before and After hour Appointments If you would like to make an appointment before or after hours (appts that can’t be made via app) you must cash app your $50 fee to $Luv4locsbytasha then text me the time you would like, if available appt will be scheduled. Off Day Appointment If you would like to make an appointment on my off day you must cash app your $100 fee to $Luv4locsbytasha then text me the time you would like, if available appt will be scheduled. Travel Fee Looking for a house call or on-site stylist? I'll come to you! Travel fees vary based on location, gas, and tolls. This service MUST be added with you service or it will be canceled. Minimum $100 late/ncns/cancelation All appointments have 5-minute grace period. If you will be late a notice MUST be giving before appointment time. Appointment will be considered no show no call if no notice has been given 15 minutes into the appointment. A 100% fee will be charged for all no show no call appointments and the fee will need to be made before any future appointments can be made. If fees are not paid your account is subject to being locked. Service Age I DO NOT service any child under the age of 12, and child must be able to sit through their appointment session. Parents must be present. Sew-in and Bonded hair styles will not be serviced on children under the age of 16. Smoking Smoking – You cannot smoke anything in front of our business if you are a tobacco user you must go to the smoking area behind the building. Styling Styling – pictures and conclusion of style must be advised to the cosmetologist during consultation. If YOU CHOOSE to be freestyled, you must pay for additional style if you so happen not to like it. Please be advised that our policies are not in place to offend or single any one person out. We are servants to many walks of life and must accommodate and ensure all our client’s comfortability.  Understand that I am doing my best to make you happy and have a good experience with me.
